For Indigo I led the creative development, and installation of all store graphics from signage and window displays to permanent art installations for all Indigo stores. Over the course of an 18-month expansion, I led my team in the creative direction of experiential graphics for 17 new store openings, as well as the first-ever Indigo US location. The mission was to design a visual language for the brand that complimented the architectural design and reinforced the Indigo core goal of being a cultural department store. The new store design successfully positioned Indigo as a destination and created unique experience customers love to spend time in, often referring to the store as “my happy place”.

Culture-makers, authors, musicians, and activists brought to life in a classic yet modern design with oversized black and white photography and vibrant coloured quote boards.
A three dimensional installation designed to look like intricate cut paper. Geometric pattern and pops of colour bring impact to the design.
Anchored by an interactive art piece, the “Spinner” allows the customer to decide how they would like the art to appear. By spinning each piece to the desired side, people can choose between three different approaches to the artists portraits. By deciding to have the images mixed together, or all in one style, the graphic changes throughout the day as people interact with it.

Created as a focal point of the Indigo SquareOne location, cut vinyl graphics create an editorial design on the wall. Custom type treatments and illustrations give pops of energy, colour, and a modern art design.
